Phillip B. Kaiser is the founder, owner, and managing principal of PK Quantitative Investing, LLC. In this role, he manages all firm operations and serves as the primary investment advisor and portfolio manager for all client accounts. Prior to founding PK Quantitative Investing, LLC, he worked as a senior financial advisor/analyst at an independent registered investment advisory (RIA) firm in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to entering the financial services industry, he served in the United States Air Force.

Phil holds a master’s degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) degree, finance concentration, from the Harvard University Extension School, and a bachelor’s degree in Management/Accounting from Park University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder, and a Chartered Market Technician® charterholder. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association® (FPA®) of Southern Arizona and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Society of Tucson and has previously served on the board of both organizations.

In his spare time, Phil enjoys reading, traveling, cycling, and volunteering with military veterans.
